The couple initially planned to pay the entire amount for the mansion in cash, but later changed their minds, paying two-thirds of the cost of the house as a down payment, and taking out 20 million USD in the form of a mortgage loan.

According to the terms of the agreement with the bank, the interest rate on the house will be 5,5% for the first six years.Artists will begin paying principal and interest in November 2033.
