On January 25, 2022, The State Customs Service of Turkmenistan organized an online meeting of the Interagency Working Group on coordination of the operation of the "Single Window for Export-Import Operations" system.
Lawyers of relevant ministries and departments involved in “Single Window for Export-Import Operations for 2021-2023” Project implementation, as well as the project manager from UNDP and representative of the State Enterprise "Single Window Center" of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic joined the meeting.
During the meeting, the representative of the Kyrgyz Republic delivered an introductory presentation on the Single Window system named “Tulpar” for the country's foreign trade and answered questions of participants regarding the presentation.
According to the agenda, the participants were given a presentation by the Project Document Manager from UNDP as well, which was about the priority of the recommendations of international organizations in the implementation of the “Single Window” system in the country.
In conclusion, the coordinator of the Project Document from the Customs Service noted that it is necessary to hold individual meetings with each of the members of the Project Document during February-March 2022 and complete the analysis on legal aspects in accordance with the decision of the Interagency Commission on coordination of the operation of the "Single Window for Export-Import Operations" system.
