In accordance with the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Rector of the Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute named after Seyitnazar Seydi, Orazgeldi Gurbanov is appointed as the Minister of Education of Turkmenistan. Mammetmyrat Geldinyyazov was released from his position as the Minister of Education due to transfer to another appointment.
