The cultural program is scheduled to be held in Turkmenistan on the occasion of International Women’s Day (March 8), the National Spring Day (March 21) and other dates.

According to the news outlet, the large-scale event is scheduled to be held at Vernal Equinox Day, which will be celebrated on 21-22 March in Novruz valley of Akhal velayat on the premises of Nowruz ýaýlasynyň ak öý.

“President Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov emphasized that cultural policy is one of the priority conditions for the country’s sustainable development and highlighted the significance of familiarizing the residents with the national values, fostering the role of culture in the process of social and economic reforms”, TDH reports.
