Today, the French Institute of Ashgabat will host a presentation entitled “Ulug-Depe a major site for the study of Central Asia.” The meeting will present the results of the work of the Franco-Turkmen archaeological mission (MAFTUR).
All interested parties are welcome to take part in the event, which will begin at 17:00.
Recall that the National Museum of Fine Arts recently hosted the opening ceremony of the permanent exhibition “Franco-Turkmen archaeological mission, 30 years of archaeological work: Ulug-Depe.” The opening of the exhibition is timed to coincide with the 30th anniversary of MAFTUR.
