New facility for production of washing powder for automatic and hand washing was opened in Ak Bugday etrap, Ahal Velayat. For two months, Turkmenberkmetall Private Company produced more than 500 tons of high quality products. The company, which was specialized in production of metal constructions, aspires to become one of the biggest producers of household chemicals designated for washing.
The facility, built by Şirin aý Company, is designated for daily production of 50,000 tons of production for household needs. 150 work places will be made at the plant in three working shifts. At present time, only one shift works at the facilities while the development of production is carried out.
Quality local and exported material is used for production of Emaý and Güneş washing powders. The surfactants are supplied by the partners from Turkey, soda is procured from Mary Velayat, sodium sulphate is delivered from Garabogazgol Bay and aromatizers from Spain.
Washing powders contain optical whiteners, fragrances, additives, which enhance stain removal features of the powder as well as protecting and strengthening the structure of fabrics, which polymers do not allow particles of dirt to re-enter the fabrics.
The composition also includes water softeners, anti-sorbents, whiteners and fragrances, which do not impose any harm both for people and for environment.Ecological compliance is one of the main requirements for modern washing powders.
For this purpose, national businessmen refused using phosphates and chlorine containing substances.Their production is cheaper than foreign analogues.Washing powder with company logo is already sold in trade network of all velayats of the country.
