The capital held ceremonial opening of the anniversary exhibition and conference of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. Large review was traditionally timed to the day of the foundation of this big non-governmental organization that observes its 10th anniversary.
The members of the Government, leaders and deputies of the Mejlis, representatives of diplomatic corps accredited in Turkmenistan, branch ministries and departments, non-governmental organizations, universities and mass media took part in the ceremonial opening of the exhibition that was organized by the UIET together with the Trade and Industrial Chamber.
The message of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, which expressed the confidence that current exhibition and conference would be very important under the realization of huge potential on the level of modern requirements by Turkmen entrepreneurs, have been read out to the participants.
The visitors of the exhibition started looking around the exposition from the medieval artefacts discovered by the archaeologists during the excavations sponsored by the UIET at unique historical and architectural monument, Shahr-Islam settlement, which used to be the centre of trade and the part of the system of caravan routes of the Silk Road.
After, they moved to the central exhibition ground dedicated to international rally Amul Hazar 2018.It demonstrates the sport car of the Head of the State, which Turkmen leader drove with his son Serdar Berdimuhamedov across the Karakums.
The Participants of the opening ceremony of the exhibition also watched the video about international rally Amul Hazar 2018.
More than 180 exhibitors presented their displays in the exhibition hall of the Trade and Industrial Chamber.It includes structural divisions and velayat branches of the UIET, private enterprises and business entities working in agriculture, food and processing industry, construction and production of electronic equipment as well as in trade, tourism, education, social services, transport and logistics, folk and applied arts.
The main purpose of the review is the demonstration of the potential of national entrepreneurship. Therefore, it is focused on the innovations, owing to which private business successfully solves the objectives for import substitutive and export oriented production.
The monitors demonstrate the chart of the achievements of the entrepreneurship for 10 years in different branches.There are also the displays of the structural divisions of the Union.
As is known, the UIET has Joint Stock Commercial Bank Rysgal, which has regional branches.The entrepreneurship school implements educational projects in more than 50 directions of professional training.
The structure of the organization includes Bäsdeş Trade House and Birleşme Gurluşyk Association that coordinates the construction.
According to the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan and with the support of the Union, Turkmenistan National Barcode Organization GSI Turkmenistan has been established in 2014. The work of the organization supports the entry of Turkmen manufacturers to the world markets and stimulates innovative activity. Last year, Turkmenistan received ISO 9001:2015 certificate that proves quality management system.
The UIET’s Rysgal newspaper demonstrated its media products. Local businessmen were the first who supported the initiative of the Head of the State on organization of private mass media and set up periodical publication.
It also provides the information about the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (PIET) founded in 2012.Its branches work in Ashgabat and the regions of the country.It represented by 14 delegates in the Parliament of the country and also nominated its candidates to the Mejlis of the sixth convocation as well as to the members of the People’s Council and Gengeshys.
It is worth mentioning in this regard that at present, the Union works systematically with the Parliament, profile ministries and departments.Improvement of the legislation in the sphere of stimulation and support of the entrepreneurship initiative is continued with the participation of the UIET.
The exposition reflects the activity of the velayat branches of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.Small and medium business develops today in all regions of the country, big enterprises and business entities representing the key sectors of the economy realize large-scale state projects in the capital and in the velayats while private enterprises provides the work occupancy for 147 thousand people.
The construction sphere is traditionally widely represented at the exhibition.There are heavyweight players of the industry at the ground of the Expo centre like Ajaýyp Bina, Ajaýyp Gurluşyk, Aktab, Dor Bedew, Ussat Inžener, Rysgally Zähmet, Döwlet Gurluşyk, Hyzmat Merkezi and other enterprises and business entities, which have built number of big facilities and participated in the urban construction of Turkmen capital and Avaza National tourism zone.
Today, private Turkmen companies build not only separate facilities but also entire living estates and cottage complexes, parking zones, administration and business centres.They are entrusted with the fulfilment of big orders under the state strategic programmes including the urban planning of Turkmen capital, cities and villages, construction of roads, hydro technical and other facilities.
Opening of the facilities of the 13th, 14th and 15th phases of the capital urban construction indicates that private companies managed to do their work on high level.Just in 2017, the members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs put into operation 257 facilities, 316 living houses were built in CHoganly living estate.
Private companies carry out large-scale construction in Kyoshi urban living estate and the capital Mir 7 micro district.
It is worth mentioning that the first capital golf court in our country has also been built by private construction company.There are big sports facilities, hotels, museums and libraries, Türkmeniň Ak Oýi buildings, cottage camps, shopping and entertainment, children heealth imporoving centres, parks, monuments and many other among the facilites built by the UIET.
New multi-storey building of Rysgal Joint Stock Commercial Bank was built by the entrepreneurs in 2017.Similiar buildings of the bank branches were put into operation by the members of the UIET in Dashoguz, Lebap and Mary velayats.
Modern business centres accomodating the velayat branches of the Union and the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs were also opened in the regions.
Already this year, the entrepreneurs have already put into operation new facilities of the capital Tyaze Zaman living estate, large complex of administration and shopping buildings on G. Kuliyev Street. Turkmenabat International Airport - high technology facility built by private construction company on the world standards level, is worth attention.
Having accumulated considerable experience in quality construction works, private construction companies enter foreign markets. It is indicated by the kindergarten that has been built in ATU Gagauzia, the Republic of Moldova and ongoing construction of school in Funtovo village, of Privolzhsky Area, Astrakhan Region.
Large part of the exhibition is dedicated to one of the priority directions of the development of national business the establishment of import substitutive industrial and agricultural facilities working on local materials.
Business entities Şahym-Şa, Saka, Türkmen şöhle, предприятия Giňdere, Arma, Erjel-Begenç demonstrate their achievements in this segment.The exhibition hall of Derýaplastik Individual Enterprise producing more than 800 items of import substitutive production including ceramic goods, cables and various hoses is traditionally distinguished with the variety of the exhibit items.
Wide choice of construction materials made by innovative technologies are presented by Çaly and Ukyply Kärdeşler Individual entities.Ak Hünji entity expands the variety of Styrofoam products.
The production of plants making ceramic tiles, basalt fibre, pipes, bricks, ferro concrete constructions, insulation materials, Styrofoam, various emulsions and paints, electrical cables, decorative stones, dry construction mixes as well as oil and air filter, batteries, etc. is also widely represented at the exhibition.
Today, the members of the UIET are involved to the work in new branches of the economy including to the production of natural resources. Zürýada Hyzmat entity from Balkanabat is new at the exhibition; it offers construction material like bricks, roof tiles, different slabs made by the recycling of production wastes.
The variety of local industrial goods is increased. The activity of Türkmen Söhle business entity, which considerably expanded the variety of house-hold items group and children toys, is aimed at the import substitution. New enterprise from Balkan Velayat “Batly Gadam”, presented its products cotton wool and socks, for the first time.
Large industrial enterprises that have been recently opened like furniture complex in Ak Bugday etrap, Ahal Velayat and capital enterprise for industrial production of carpets and carpet items Abadan haly demonstrate their achievements at the exhibition.
Their bright demonstration booths invariably attracts the attention of the visitors.Furniture manufacturers Aýbölek, Abraýly önüm, Çigildem, Sary agaç, Mary agos present their products in interior design of living houses and offices.
The carpet production becomes profitable export oriented business.At present exhibition, Abadan haly entity presented the carpets and original by colour design rugs.Muhammet balkan business entity demonstrates carpet production made of polypropylene thread for the first time in the review.
The manufacturer has already started the production of the carpets of artificial thread in this year and has already presented it at the profile exhibition in Kazakhstan where it received the order for the supply of its product.
House-hold electronics, which started to be produced by national entrepreneurs, is among the new exhibits at the exposition. In this context, actively developing contacts with foreign partners, with whom the opportunities of the establishment of joint ventures are elaborated, are worth to be mentioned.
The displays presenting house-hold chemicals as well as modern technologies in production of wide variety of consumer goods are also interesting. Traditionally, the leaders of local segment of washing liquids and cosmetic products Şatumar and Ýigit companies prepared new exhibits for the review.
The role of private producers in the provision of food security of the country, what is reflected in the exposition department of agricultural and food producers, is very significant.
Number of modern enterprises producing wide variety of food items has considerably increased for ten years.The entrepreneurs continue mastering new segments of the market and production technologies allowing achieving the improvement of the competiveness of agricultural complex and satisfaction of the population demand in various ecologically friendly food products, which could be tried by the visitors of specialized review.
According to the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, the members of the UIET have been allocated with the land plots in all velayats of the country for the construction of livestock and poultry farms, many of which have already been opened.
Big livestock farming complexes, poultry and fishery farms provided with modern equipment and technologies as well as processing facilities are among the exhibits of the exposition.This is Guş toplumy, Hazar balyk, the complex for breeding and processing of fish, Ajaýyp ussat halal önümleri enterprise, Hoş zaman poultry farm, Bereketli, Täze aý önümleri and many others.
Production of baby food, fruit and vegetable concentrates, juices, mayonnaise, ice cream, preserved food, which are the part of premium class products segment, as well as fish delicacies, yoghurts, sausages, various confectionaries and snacks is arranged based on ecological friendly local material.
Keen interest is raised by the exhibition halls of fish producers.African catfish and sturgeon are among live exhibits of the review.Traditionally, the results of selection work of livestock farming are presented at the exhibition by Ajaýyp ussat halal önümleri business entity.
Sahabatly business entity presented the pets of its complex the goats, which milk is used for production of healthy food.
High quality of products represented by national companies Guş toplumy, Hasar, Parahat, ХО Halys, Täze aý and other is indicated by ISO and HACCP certificates.
Soft drinks and drinking water of Akdaş miwe içgileri, Arçalyk, Berk Akar, juices of 8 ýap, Sawa, Miweli oba, 7 gün, Ak ýaprak , natural vegetable and fruit juices and nectars of MFT are presented in wide variety.
Besides popular juices Joşand Eçil, ice tea and sausages, the exposition of Parahat company presents healthy baby food (fruit and vegetable puree) as well as several ketchups and tomato paste made of fruit and vegetable concentrates produced at the same facility for natural local components.
New products are demonstrated by famous diary production manufacturers Aýaz baba, Elin, ХО Sahabatly, “Shavat”. The visitors of the exhibition were able to try wide variety of preserved food new products of Owadan ülke factory as well as of Bereket and Ýakyn dost.
The exhibition halls of the producers of the favourite children and adult delicacies the ice cream by Salkyn, Erteki, Täzeaý trademarks are especially attractive.The visitors of the exhibition enjoy trying various type of honey that saturated healing features of the plants growing in different parts of the country.
Mountains of different confectionaries are at the displays of “Hasar”, Misgär, Bars, Duýgy, Paýhas enterprises.Popular breads and other bakery are presented by Tomus, Saglyk, Halys, Kämil market and numerous other producers.
Variety of fruits, vegetables, melons and watermelons grown at the lands leased by the government to the members of the UIET and in modern hothouse farms, which number grows every year.
Based on advanced technologies of irrigation, high quality consumable materials and equipment, such directions of agrarian business as vegetable production, gardening flower growing are actively developed.This is visually indicated by the exhibition halls of farmers associations Parasatly, Nurly meýdan, Ter, Sanjar.
Strawberry from Bäş nur is very attractive.Ezber daýhan, specialized in seed breeding and growing of hothouse vegetables is for the first time at the exhibition.
Some entrepreneurs introduce the visitors with modern technologies used in hothouse and with the work in ecological field.
The goods of local manufacturers that distinguished by high quality and level of ecological safety are demanded in foreign markets.The work of trade representative offices of the UIET in the People’s Republic of China, United Arab Emirates and the Austrian Republic is aimed at the realization of the export potential of local entrepreneurs, attraction of advanced world practice and foreign investments and use of the formats of active international business cooperation.
The list of exported food products includes the confectionaries, fruits and vegetables, chicken eggs, ice cream, juices and concentrates for their production. Considerable part is sold in foreign trade centres of the UIET in Chinese Xining City, in the capitals of the Kyrgyz Republic and Georgia as well as in Mazar-i-Sharif, Afghan Balkh Province.
Opening of shopping centres including capital 15 Years of Independence, Aşgabadyň ýalkymy, Berkarar, which departments are also presented under current exposition supports the trade and services.
Representatives of private sector rendering wide spectrum of various services to the population are also at the exhibition ground.It includes Awtoýoly advertising automobile transport services, Imdat elektronik and Turkmen Transit offering the services in information technologies.
Some sections are dedicated to the transport and logistics, which is topical business direction that is very important in the light of large-scale work in the country for the development of these spheres.
Türkmen Tranzit Association founded this month is for the first time at the exhibition.This structure is aimed at the provision of wide spectrum of logistic services and at the protection of the right of transporters.
The representatives of private sector provide large spectrum of living, advertisement and publishing services what have also been reflected in current exposition.
Private tour agencies like actively operating Owadan syýahat and new similar companies Halkara dostluk, Oguz abat, Güneşli syýahat, Rowaç-AW participating in the exhibition for the first time present their capabilities to the visitors of the exhibition, especially to potential foreign partners.
The tourism is one of the perspective directions of the activity of the UIET.Under the slogan of the year “Turkmenistan is the Heart of the Great Silk Road”, tour agencies offers the routes along historical places located on ancient road.
This theme has also defined the direction of fashion parade from Gül Zaman.
Current anniversary review gives opportunity to appreciate the achievements of the entrepreneurs in textile and leather productions, in carpet making, traditional crafts as well as in production of national dress and souvenirs. Representatives of Women Business Centre and its affiliates from Ashgabat and the velayats demonstrating stylish national dress take part in the exhibition.
Beautiful carpets, unique works of the jewellers and embroiderers as well as masters of visual art indicate the contribution of the members of the UIET to protection and popularization of national heritage. Variety of souvenirs including with the images of historical places located along the Silk Road and the sightseeing of the capital attracts the attention of the guests.
The outcomes of the activity of the UIET and the objectives of the entrepreneurs of the country under the realization of the Programmes of social and economic development of Turkmenistan in 2018 2024 have been discussed during the conference held in the afternoon.
During the forum, the participants shared the opinions on actual subjects of business including the establishment of the joint ventures in the context of the state programmes for import substitution and export production.
The participants were unanimous in the opinion that favourable conditions made by the state for the development of private business allow national entrepreneurs looking to the future with confidence and improving economic power of Turkmen state.
