Remote workers are fired 35% more often than office colleagues

Last year, 10% of completely remote workers lost their jobs, while 7% of office and hybrid (those who combine) workers lost their jobs. In two months of 2023, 12% of completely remote employees decided to change jobs themselves, and among office and hybrid workers, 9%.
