A resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures to determine the norm for the duration of annual extended vacations for teachers” was adopted, the Yangi Uzbekiston newspaper reports.
The document establishes the norms for the duration of annual extended vacations for teachers of preschool, school, out-of-school, sports educational institutions, vocational education institutions and universities.
Teachers of general education schools will be granted extended leave in the amount of 56 calendar days.
The document was published in the National Database of Legislation and entered into force on June 27, 2023.
