Technical support “AliExpress Russia” will serve customers from Turkmenistan in Russian

The virtual trading platform "AliExpress Russia" plans to completely localize the customer support service into Russian. As part of this program, the company announced the development of contact centers.

Contact centers are located in Orel (“Telecontact” company), Ivanovo (“Gran” company) and Cheboksary (“Rostelecom” structure). It is also planned to start work of the center in Stavropol (Voxys group of companies).

In order for all communication to be carried out in Russian, the company plans to double the staff of specialists working with customer requests - up to 500 people, the “Kommersant” newspaper notes.

The centers are specialized in areas and work with requests from users from Russia and most of the CIS countries - Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and others.

“AliExpress Russia” is a joint venture between the Chinese Alibaba Group, “Megafon”, Mail.ru Group and the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF). The company was established on October 9, 2019.
