The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan became a member of the Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Turkic Countries

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan was admitted to the Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Turkic-Speaking Countries as a full member.

This decision was made following a meeting of the General Assembly of the Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the Turkic States, reports the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

Currently, the Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Turkic-Speaking Countries includes Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, and Uzbekistan. Hungary and Northern Cyprus are observer members.

The Union was created in 2019 and is an effective platform for the further development of trade and economic cooperation between the Turkic states.

We previously reported that the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan will become a full member of the Association of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Turkic States.
