An action is conducted together with the Children Fund, the Mahtumkuli Youth Organization of Turkmenistan and the Committee of the Bagtyyarlyk Etrap Democratic Party, the newspaper “Neutral Turkmenistan” reports, with the reference to the words of Aylar Urazsahatova, the chairman of the Children's Fund at the Central Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Mahtumkuli.
