The French Institute in Ashgabat announces that, in addition to the first French Olympiad, Turkmenistan will host the Regional French Olympiad, which will be held throughout Central Asia.
The Regional Olympiad is jointly organized by the French Embassies in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
Within the framework of the Regional Olympiad, which will be held entirely in online format, there will be 8 categories with many prizes to be won, according to a press release from the Institute.
The first round will take place on Sunday 18 April at 15:00 Ashgabat time.
All French-speaking citizens of Turkmenistan are invited to participate: schoolchildren, students, teachers and even native speakers.
Registration is open until April 10, 15:00 Ashgabat time, via the website https://olympiades-regionales.org/ (the position of the competition in 7 languages and the opportunity to sign up via the link https://taplink.cc/francais_asie_centrale).
