The money transfer service within Turkmenistan is available in all branches of “Turkmenpost”

Today, citizens of Turkmenistan can quickly and reliably send money to any location in the country by visiting the nearest “Turkmenpost” office.

To send a transfer you must present a passport or other identification document.

The size of the commission for a transfer at “Turkmenpost” depends on the amount of the transfer and ranges from 1 to 5 percent.

If the recipient does not claim the money transfer within 30 calendar days from the moment it was sent, or the transfer was not delivered to the post office serving the recipient, it is returned to the sender. The sender is notified of the refund within 5 days.

If the sender does not show up at the post office for an unclaimed transfer, the operator transfers the funds to the company’s account for 3 years. During this period, the sender can return the money, indicating the reason for non-claim.

If the client cannot personally visit the post office, he can order delivery of the money transfer to his address.
