The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, addressing participants of the forum of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation held on the occasion of Kazan being declared the Cultural Capital of the Islamic World, proposed the creation of new mechanisms for professional exchange among countries in the fields of urban development and high technology.
