Today in Avaza national tourist zone President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov who is on a working trip to Balkan region, has held an off-site meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers which considered the activities carried out for seven months of the current year, reports of deputy chairmen and determined topical tasks of social and economic development of the country and reviewed drafts of prepared documents.
Having announced the agenda, the leader of the nation gave the first floor to Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet S.Berdimuhamedov who reported on expected indicators of work of branches of economy for January-July of the current year.
It is expected that following the results of January-July as a whole the volume of production released as compared with the same period of the past year will be over 5,2 per cent.
The volume of retail goods turnover as compared with the similar period of 2020 will increase by 17, 5 per cent.The plan for state budget revenues, predictably, will be fulfilled at level of 113, 9 per cent, state budget expenditures by 97, 4 per cent.
As compared with the corresponding period of 2020 the monthly average salary will be over 10, 5 per cent.Throughout the meeting the Deputy Chairman reported on results of his working trip to Japan.
The Prime Minister of Japan was invited for participation in celebrations on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan.The signing of bilateral documents in banking and financial sphere, in the field of transport and deliveries of specialised machinery, held following the results of negotiations in Tokyo became an acknowledgement of fruitfulness of the negotiations.
The delegation of Turkmenistan within its stay in Japan took part in the opening ceremony of XXXII Summer Olympic Games.The course of construction work at projects and industrial and social sites became a separate topic of the report, completion and commissioning of which is planned for dating for the glorious 30th anniversary of independence of our Fatherland.
Speaking of importance of the documents signed during the working visit of S.Berdimuhamedov to Japan, the President of Turkmenistan commissioned him to hold timely performance of the works planned in them under a strict control.
Then Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet Sh.Abdrahmanov reported on expected results of work carried out during 7 months of the current year on realisation of the Program of development of oil and gas industry of the country for the period till 2030.
Technical and economic indicators which will be reached in the field of oil and gas condensate production, and also oil refining, manufacture of gasoline, diesel fuel, polypropylene, liquefied gas were also informed.
Predictably, as compared with the corresponding period of the past year rate of increase of extraction of natural and passing gas will make up 123,5 per cent, export of "blue fuel - 137 per cent, the plan on development of investment will be fulfilled for 105,5 per cent.
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet C.Gylyjov reported on expected results of work of trading and textile complexes, and also private sector for seven months of the current year.
For January-July by the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations as compared with the similar period of the past year it is supposed that the rate of increase of trade turnover will make up 117 per cent with the rate of increase of manufacture - 112, 4 per cent.
From the beginning of the current year the plan for manufacture of carpet production by “Turkmenkhaly” State Association was fulfilled by 112, 7 per cent.The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange in the accounting period held 167 exchange auctions in which 18 thousand 114 contracts were registered.
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet Ch.Purchekov reported on preliminary results of the work held in his supervising branches for seven months of the current year.Predictably, for January-July, 2021 the plan for production and performance of work in the complex of building and industry of Turkmenistan will be fulfilled by 125, 7 per cent.
The rate of increase will make up 106, 1 per cent.By the Ministry of Construction and Architecture the rate of increase of the work carried out following the results of seven months will reach 100,1 per cent.
It is expected that the rate of increase of output and the executed work for the accounting period by the Minister of Industry and Construction Production will make up 112 per cent.
The Deputy Chairman was commissioned to work upon the issue of attraction of investment as much as possible into development of building and industrial branch.In turn Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet E.Orazgeldiev reported on expected results of activities of his supervising branches for seven months of the current year.
By the agro-industrial complex the growth of volume of output of production as compared with the similar period of the past year will make up 105,2 per cent, including by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection - 105,7 per cent, the State Committee for Water Management - 100,1 per cent, the State Association Türkmen atlary - 103,5 per cent.
The plan for development of investments will be fulfilled by 125, 4 per cent.The program of the scientific practical conference “Cooperation in the field of environmental protection of the Caspian Sea” to be held on the occasion of Day of the Caspian sea marked for August 12 was also reported.
Further Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet M.Geldiniyazov reported on expected results of the work carried out in his supervising spheres within seven months of the current year.The structure of the central administration of the Ministries of Education, public health services and medical industry, sports and youth policy, and also Academy of Sciences was improved.
In public health services sphere for the accounting period the new edition of the government program “Saglyk” and the population’s immunity improvement program in Turkmenistan for 2021-2025 were adopted, the National Strategy “Healthy Mother - Healthy Child - Healthy Future” on health protection of mother and child in Turkmenistan for 2021-2025 and National Strategy for preventive maintenance and combat of infectious diseases in Turkmenistan for 2021-2025 were approved.
Deputy Chairwoman of the Cabinet M.Mammedova reported on the activity of structures under her supervision for seven months of the current year.Practical steps on perfection of activity of establishments of sphere of culture and mass-media, to increase of cultural potential of the country according to requirements of time were undertaken.
Director General of Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers M.Chakyev reported on expected results of work of subordinated establishments for seven months of the current year.
Fulfilment of the plan for this period for rendering of services and production in the given complex is expected to reach 113, 3 per cent.The rate of increase for the past period by “Turkmendemiryollary” Agency will make up 104, 4 per cent, “Turkmenawtoulaglary" Agency - 133, 1 per cent, "Türkmen¬deňiz¬derýaýollary" Agency - 139, 3 per cent, "Turkmenaragatnashyk" Agency - 109, 3 per cent.
Corresponding work was held in the accounting period by "Türkmenhowaýollary" Agency.Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet, Secretary of the State Security Council Ch.Amanov reported on preparation work carried out by military men and law enforcement bodies of the country for the 30th anniversary of sacred independence of Turkmenistan.
Chairwoman of the Mejlis of the Milli Gengesh G.Mammedova informed on the activity of the given structure for seven months of the current year.For this period two sessions in which course 40 Laws of Turkmenistan and 41 resolutions of the Mejlis had been accepted, were held.
Respective alterations and additions are brought abreast operating legislative documents.Work on control over realisation of regulatory legal acts was systematically conducted.In the context of development of international and inter-parliamentary cooperation 92 meetings with representatives of foreign states and parliaments were held.
Then on the preliminary results of activity of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for seven months of the year were reported by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet, Minister of Foreign Affairs R.Meredov.
During the considered period our country was visited by the heads of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation and the Kirghiz Republic.Online meetings of the President of Turkmenistan with Presidents of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and the Azerbaijan Republic took place.
The leader of the nation also took part in the XIV Summit of the Organization of Economic Cooperation, High-level Global Forum of the United Nations concerning sustainable development, in the virtual Second Summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation on science and technologies.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also held a meeting with the Chairman of the 75th session of Un General Assembly, who visited our country.Having underlined necessity constantly to be well informed about situations taking place in the world, the head of the state, addressing the deputy chairman, minister of foreign affairs assigned him, proceeding from it, to prepare and present the proposals connected with organization of various events of international character and participation of our country in them.
Addressing participants of the meeting, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that, despite the external circumstances which have arisen because of distribution of COVID infection and its impact on world economy, expected results of the works held in the country for seven months, show development of our independent state according to the accepted programs.
For the accounting period GDP has made up 6, 2 per cent.In the country building of large industrial and social projects among which - new settlements, housing complexes, the entertaining and medical centres, schools, kindergartens and others.
Transformation of the education system and science sphere, modernisation of industry also proceeds according to the accepted plans.The market economy is formed and oil and gas fields are developed.
In addition the President of the country said that important actions, namely September 1 - devoted to the beginning of the academic year will be held, in September the session of the Milli Gengesh and the main holiday of the country glorious 30th anniversary of independence will take place, and in December Day of Neutrality will be celebrated.
Addressing participants of the meeting, the leader of the nation commissioned them to carry out forthcoming actions at high level.At the off-site meeting of the Cabinet a number of other issues of state life in which corresponding decisions were made, were also considered.
Closing the off-site meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wished all its participants sound health, family well-being and great successes in their work for the benefit of further prosperity of our sovereign Fatherland.
