Ishanov Rovshen Orazmyradovich was appointed khyakim of the Berkararlyk etrap of Ashgabat. The President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the corresponding Decree during an extended meeting of the Government, releasing him from the post of deputy khyakim of this capital etrap, writes TDH.
In this post, Ishanov replaced Soyenchnazar Selimov, who was relieved of his position “in connection with a transfer to another job.”
