According to the Orders of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov:
Gurbanmuhammet Annayev was appointed as the Hyakim of Baherden etrap, Ahal Velayat;
Haljan Nurjanov was appointed as the Hyakim of Gubdag etrap, Dashoguz Velayat. Previos head of administration of this etrap Toregylyj Nazarov was released from the position for serious deficiencies admitted in his work;
Batyr Gylyjov, who previously had the position of the Deputy Hyakim of Halach etrap, Lebap Velayat, was appointed as the Hyakim of Dovletly etrap, Lebap Velayat. Previous head of administration of this etrap Suleiman Abdyshukurov was released from the post for serious deficiencies admitted in his work;
Sohbet Allakuliyev, who previously occupied the post of Deputy Hyakim of Turkmenabat, was appointed as the Hyakim of Koytendag etrap, Lebap Velayat. Previous head of administration of this etrap Ashyr Kurbandurdiyev was released from his post of failures admitted in his work;
Agamyrat Agamyradov was appointed as the Hyakim of Murgab etrap, Mary Velayat. Previous head of administration of this etrap Babajan Allanazarov was released from the post for failures in his work.
