The Honorary title "Honored Horse Breeder of Turkmenistan" was awarded to seven domestic specialists by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. The relevant Decree was signed by the Head of state at the XII Meeting of the International Association of Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding held in Ashgabat today, the Information Program "Watan" of the Turkmen Television reported.
The title "Honored Horse Breeder of Turkmenistan" was awarded to the Seyis of the Akhal-Teke Equestrian Complex of the President of Turkmenistan Shirmyrat Agamyradov and Salykh Rakhymov, a private horse breeder from Ashgabat Baymyrat Ashirov, a private horse breeder from the Balkan Region Kerimberdi Egengylydzhov, a tenant of the Dayhan Association "Baidak" of the Gubadag District of the Dashoguz Region Shukur Seilibayev, a private horse breeder from the Lebap Region Shamurat Gundogdyev, a private horse breeder from the Mary Region Ikhlas Potraev.
As already reported, the same title was awarded by the President of Turkmenistan to two foreign horse breeders ― Avaz Ismoilov, Head of the Akhal-teke Horse Breeding Farm of the Republic of Uzbekistan Uzbegim, and Michiko Aoe, General Director of the Economic Society of Japan Akhal-teke Affinity Co.LTD.
The Head of state congratulated the awardees, thanking them for their hard work to increase the world fame of the Akhal-Teke horses, increase their gene pool and wished everyone health and new professional success.
Serdar Berdimuhamedov also invited the guests to participate in the celebration on the occasion of the National Holiday of the Turkmen Horse to be celebrated on April 24 this year.
