In order to prevent and combat non-communicable diseases among the population, ensure the health of citizens, promote healthy lifestyle principles, and increase life expectancy based on national and universal values in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the National Strategy for the Prevention and Control of Non-communicable Diseases in Turkmenistan for 20262030 and the Action Plan for its implementation.
