The first meeting of the University Women’s Union this year was held at the Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after Dovletmammet Azadi. At the meeting, the results of the work over the past year were summed up and plans for the future were discussed, CentralAsia.news reports.
The event was attended by teachers of the institute and the Academy of Public Service, as well as country elders and students.
Chairman of the Women's Union, senior teacher Ogulsabyr Berdieva spoke about the events held last year. Among them are competitions aimed at studying national culture and developing professional skills among students.
According to Berdiyeva, national values play an important role in the education of young people. She also emphasized that each woman makes a special contribution to the development of the family, drawing on her experience and ideas.
The meeting participants discussed the tasks for the coming year to improve the teaching of foreign languages and students’ speech skills.
