The Russian company “Vozrozhdenie” modernizes a new monument to Magtymguly in Ashgabat free of charge

Modernization of the new monument to Magtymguly Fragi in Ashgabat will be carried out by the Russian Joint Stock Company PO “Vozrozhdenie”.The relevant Decree was signed today by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, permitting the hyakimlik of the city of Ashgabat to conclude a free-of-charge contract with JSC PO “Vozrozhdenie” (RF) “for the modernization of the new monument to Magtymguly Fragi and the improvement of the surrounding area at the expense of this joint-stock company.”

The document prescribes to start construction work in September 2022 and complete it in May 2024, announced the news program “Watan” of the Turkmen television.

The Decree notes that this decision was made “in order to create the most favorable conditions for cultural recreation of residents and guests of the capital, and also further transformation of the architectural and urban appearance of the city of Ashgabat”.

The Russian company “Vozrozhdenie”, headquartered in St. Petersburg, has been operating in Turkmenistan for more than 10 years. During this time, it has successfully built and put into operation more than 20 infrastructure facilities, including more than 50 km of highways of the first category and 18 road interchanges and bridge structures, as well as other implemented projects.

At present time JSC PO “Vozrozhdenie” is completing the construction of mudflow diversion facilities in Ashgabat.
