The International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFHHS) has published a ranking of the most prestigious world championships as of the end of 2023.
In total, the ranking presents 100 best tournaments, including the Turkmenistan Football Championship among Major League teams, Sport.kg reports.
The leader of the IFHHS ranking for the 12th time was the Italian Serie A. The English Premier League took second place for the seventh year in a row. Spanish La Liga has held third place for two years in a row.
Next in the ranking are the championships of Brazil, Germany, France, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium and Argentina.
