I cordially congratulate you on the 31st anniversary of the independence of neutral Turkmenistan, as well as on the start of the XXIII conference of the Humanitarian Association of World Turkmens dedicated to this event!
Sacred independence is a centuries-old dream come true of our courageous people, their bright aspirations, hopes, will and aspirations cherished in their souls. And therefore, in the year of the "Era of the people with Arkadag" we celebrate Independence Day - this great holiday of power and happiness - with bright song and musical celebrations, colorful cultural events.
The world authority of our Motherland, the unity and cohesion of our people are firmly connected with the gains of sacred independence - our heritage and the basis of success. In a short period of time by historical standards, our democratic legal secular state has been formed, friendly, fraternal and good neighborly relations have been established with the world community.
In the era of the Renaissance of the new era of a powerful state, guided by the lofty principles of creation, patriotism and humanism, which increase our national pride, we are confidently leading an independent Fatherland with the swiftness of a horse to new lofty goals.
In all sectors of the national economy, we are successfully implementing programs aimed at turning the country into a powerful state.We are building new villages and cities, modern educational institutions, high-speed highways, large industrial enterprises in the pearl capital - the city of Ashgabat and the regions.
We achieve significant success in the fields of culture, science, education, healthcare, construction, industry, agriculture, oil and gas industries.
In a glorious new historical era, by systematically taking initiatives in the interests of all mankind, we are further strengthening the role of the sovereign Fatherland in the world community.
Our successes and achieved high milestones, confirming the strength of the basic foundations of sacred independence and neutrality, prosperity, happiness and well-being of our native Fatherland, cause a feeling of great pride among our people and all Turkmens of the world.

Further expansion of friendly relations with the Turkmens of the world is one of the main directions of our state policy.We attach great importance to the development of mutually beneficial relations with the Russian Federation, Great Britain, the Federal Republic of Germany, Sweden, Ukraine, the Republic of Turkey, the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, the Republic of Tajikistan, Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other states where the Turkmen diasporas live.
Branches of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the World in foreign countries carry out program activities in order to strengthen fraternal relations, in the name of the interests of the entire Turkmen people.
The activists of this organization make a worthy contribution to the success of the country, which is dynamically moving forward.In the new era, we are expanding the scale of this work, creating the necessary conditions for further cooperation in such areas as science, education, culture and entrepreneurship.

Motherland is our national doctrine, which originates in the depths of millennia.Love for the motherland is a pure feeling forever rooted in our hearts.That is why the sacred duty of each of us is to glorify throughout the world the great achievements of an independent neutral Fatherland - a country of peace and friendship.
After all, the Motherland is the Motherland only with the people, the state is the state only with the people.
