Trades at Turkmen Exchange For November First Week: Textile Products

Textile products were in great demand at the auction of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) last week, the press service of the SCRMET reports.

Representatives of business circles from Türkiye, UAE, Pakistan, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan purchased calico and gray fabric, smooth dyed and jacquard terry products, cotton yarn, regenerated fibre from textile waste, waste from spinning production.

Business people from the United Arab Emirates purchased aviation paraffin produced by Türkmennebit Group of Companies for foreign currency.

As reported, the amount of export transactions at the auction of SCRMET, held last week, amounted to $3.21 million.

Domestic businesses purchased polypropylene produced by Türkmennebit Group of Companies, handmade carpets, denim products, flannel fabric, and cotton yarn for the domestic market for over 18 million 326 thousand manats.

Last week, the State Commodity Exchange of Turkmenistan registered 36 trade deals.
