Travel companies of Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan entered into 8 cooperation agreements

Travel companies of Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan signed 8 cooperation agreements on the sidelines of the international conference “Main directions and opportunities for tourism development in Turkmenistan”, held in Ashgabat on March 27-28, reports the MIC.

Also, the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan organized a meeting of representatives of travel companies from the two countries. The delegation of Kyrgyzstan informed their Turkmen colleagues in detail about the main tourist destinations in the country. Video materials were also shown and printed booklets were handed over, clearly presenting the opportunities for tourism in Kyrgyzstan.

The signing of cooperation agreements has become a significant step in the development of tourism cooperation between states. Companies from both countries received the opportunity to work together to organize tours and exchange tourist flows.

The next stage in strengthening ties in the field of tourism will be the organization of a study tour for Turkmen travel companies to Kyrgyzstan.
