A Memorandum of Understanding was signed by the Oguz Han University of Engineering and Technology of Turkmenistan and the Polytechnic National University of Sciences and Technology of Bucharest.
The signing ceremony of the memorandum was held online within the framework of the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Smart City: Management, Digital, Smart and Artificial Intelligence Technologies, Security, Economy”.
Based on the signed Memorandum, it is planned to:
Conduct joint research and development projects;
Organize lectures, symposia, interactive meetings, conferences and seminars;
Exchange professors and students on educational programs and research papers;
Exchange experience in order to implement and improve innovative approaches in teaching.
The parties also intend to jointly publish the research results of professors, teachers, specialists and young scientists in international indexed scientific journals.
Effective cooperation in the field of science and education between these universities has been successfully conducted for several years, according to a press release from the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Romania.
