Turkmen Businesswoman Establishes Production of Frozen Vegetables and Fruits

Entrepreneur Amandursun Begjanova has launched the production of fresh- frozen vegetables and fruits at her enterprise, the major business union of the country Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (UIET) reported on Monday.

The enterprise processes between 500 kilograms and 1 ton of vegetables and fruits daily. The enterprise acquires vegetables and fruits based on agreements with farmers and garden owners.

Entrepreneur Amandursun Begjanova, a member of the UIET, stated that special method is used during the freezing process, and the products are frozen at temperatures ranging from minus 40 to minus 120 degrees Celsius.

The products manufactured at Amandursun Begjanova's enterprise are supplied to designated points in the Halk Market store network in Ashgabat.

The frozen vegetables and fruits are also packaged in convenient containers of different sizes. The packaging is produced from domestic materials at the Berk Plastik enterprise, which is owned by the Halk Market store network.
