Major works for construction of complex of buildings and facilities, formation of functional and comfort urban environment have been expanded in new administration centre of Ahal Velayat. 950 hectares of land have been allocated for construction at the territory of Gyoktepe etrap, More than 20 contractor organizations participates in construction of administration, public and social facilities at the first stage.
Local construction companies have started erecting administration buildings, comfortable living houses, schools, kindergartens, cultural and social facilities.Well-known structural divisions of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan are among general contractors, which have entered into contracts for construction.
Döwletgurluşyk Business Entity builds office building of the branch of the State Commercial Halkbank. Çeper gurluşyk erects two administration buildings for the government structures while Aktab Individual Entity builds cottages.
Nusaý ýollary Inidividual Entity has started construction of five facilities.In the next two years, it will have to build Oncology Centre for 50 patients, Preventive and Treatment Centre of Mother and Child Health Protection for 150 patients, first aid station with garage for 100 vehicles as well as two 7-storey building for 28 apartments each.
Altogether, 80 different buildings and facilities have to be built on the territory of administration centre of Ahal Velayat.Significant part of new town will be allocated to park zones.
An esplanade decorated with stylized installations of landscape architecture and original fountains will run across the centre.Living cluster will be composed of 5 - , 7 and 9-storey buildings.
Totally, it is planned to erect 426 residential buildings elite 7-storey buildings for 28 and 56 apartments each.At the same time, facilities of social and recreation infrastructure like clinics, schools, kindergartens, sport facilities, cultural and entertainment facilities, service centres will be built.
Contractor organizations will start cottage construction in the northern part of administration centre.
