Yesterday, head of the state Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has visited Ahalteke Equestrian Complex of the President of Turkmenistan.Turkmen leader went to see his horses and after has turned his hand to writing.
The news about delivery of the first foal from Akhan, which the head of the state was coaching personally, has been informed to the President of Turkmenistan while his was visiting the complex.
The head of the state has accept this news with big enthusiasm.The head of the state has tied up a charm, which was made by his mother Ogulabat eje, around the neck of foal, which was a sign of deserving succession of traditions, which are exemplary for the whole world and come from the depth of the centuries.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has noted that birth of this foal in the year of wide celebration of the 30th anniversary of independence and 140th anniversary of Ashgabat is an inspiring event.
The President of the country has given the name of Ashgabat to the offspring of Akhan.As is known, Akhan took part in the opening ceremony of the V Asian Indoor and Martial Art Games in 2017 and rider has lit up the torch of this sport forum raring the horse.
In 2018, Akhan has managed to walk 10 meters of 4.19 seconds while rearing and to renew the world record in this nomination.These facts contributed to enhancement of the glory of ahalteke horses and international recognition of Akhan’s victories.
Further, the head of the state took out silver Shapolat from the stable and made a ride.Throughout the centuries, Turkmen horse coaches were improving the breed of ahalteke horses and preserved its unique characteristics.
Silky mane of Turkmen horses, beautiful exterior, light moves and unbelievable power are visual results of high level of skills of horse coaches and national breeders.Today, the glory of ahalteke horses, which race together with the wind, is known all over the world.
Throughout the centuries, our ancestors were breeding this world famous horse and have preserved its purity by their hard work.Joint celebration of National Turkmen Horse Holiday, which is annually celebrated on the last Sunday of April, and Turkmen Dog Day highlights big importance of everlasting values given to the world by our ancestors and special attention that paid to these values in our country.
Further, the head of the state has put his hands on literary creation in his working cabinet, having started writing the final part of his book “Ashgabat”, which is dedicated to the history of white-marble capital and its achievements.
In his work, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has summed up big layer of historical data about Ashgabat as well as about traditions and customs of our people.Writing the book dedicated to Ashgabat, the head of the state relies on scientific information and trustful literary sources, studies rich history of Turkmen people and folklore, which provide big significance of new book.
The birth of the foal in the days of Nowruz celebration as well as in the days of preparation to the 140th anniversary of Ashgabat have inspired President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to dedicate some lines in new, richly illustrated book “Ashgabat” to this event.
Writing of poem “My White City, Ashgabat” by Turkmen leader, which would be included to the book, was a response to this happy event.
