Turkmen president appoints regional curators

Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, Feb. 4

Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has signed a decree appointing a number of deputy prime ministers as curators responsible for the country’s regions, Trend reports with reference to the presidential decree.

Chary Gylydzhov has been appointed curator for the Ahal region, Mammetkhan Chakyyev has been appointed curator for Balkan region, Gochmyrat Myradov for Dashoguz region, Myratgeldi Meredov for Lebap region, Esenmyrat Orazgeldiyev for Mary region and Dadebay Amangeldiev for Ashgabat city.

Turkmenistan is implementing a national program to transform the social and living conditions of the population of settlements, villages, cities and district centers until 2020.
