Turkmen President Sends Condolences to Pakistani Government Over Deadly Bombing

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent condolences to President of Pakistan Arif Alvi and Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif in connection with the explosion in the town of Kar, Bajaur district, which caused numerous human casualties and injuries, the official Turkmen media reported on Mionday.

"Resolutely opposing any manifestations of terrorism and extremism, Turkmenistan fully supports the efforts of the world community in countering this evil and eradicating it," the message says.

On behalf of the people and government of Turkmenistan and his behalf, the Head of State conveyed words of deep sympathy and support to the families and friends of the victims at this difficult moment and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.

According to Anadolu Agency, on July 30, an explosion occurred in Kar in the Bajaur district of Pakistan, leading to 54 deaths and 200 wounds.
