Turkmen President Sends Condolences to Pakistani Leadership Over Devastating Blasts

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has sent deep condolences to President of Pakistan Arif Alvi and Acting Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar over the mosque bombings in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces that caused numerous human casualties and injuries, the official Turkmen media reported on Saturday.

"Resolutely opposing any manifestations of terrorism and extremism, Turkmenistan fully supports the efforts of the world community in countering this evil and eradicating it," President Berdimuhamedov said in the message.

On behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan expressed deep empathy and support for the families, relatives and friends of the victims in this difficult moment, as well as wishes for speedy recovery of the injured.

Terrorist attacks on September 29 at mosques in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces killed 57 people and injured more than 140 others, as stated by Anadolu Agency.
