Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University (UlGPU) named after I.N. Ulyanov, the most active in studies, student life and creativity of foreign students, undergraduates and graduate students were noted. The study activists included Turkmen students, as well as representatives from Uzbekistan and Syria. This is reported by the website of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.
Parents of excellent students were sent letters of thanks on behalf of the rector of UlSPU Igor Petrishchev, in which the head of the university expressed gratitude andappreciation for the good education of students and noted their academic success.
Among the Turkmen students of Ulyanovsk University, congratulations for excellent studies and active participation in the life of the university are the 4th year student of the Faculty of Natural Geography Azat Astanov and the 5th year student of the Faculty of Natural Geography Ayjemal Yoldasheva.
They expressed their gratitude to the leadership of the university for recognizing their success and the opportunity to receive high-quality education.

More than 500 foreign students from such countries as Egypt, Iraq, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Bulgaria, Serbia, China, etc. study at UlSPU.
The Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation takes an active part in popularizing Russian language proficiency in other countries: it sends Russian teachers abroad, tests foreign teachers and schoolchildren for knowledge of the Russian language, provides methodological support for Russian language teachers in other countries, and develops teaching aids for learning Russian language as a foreign language.
