New 37 single-story houses will be built in Turkmenbashi town of Balkan province.
Turkmenbashi district municipality issued a tender for the development and construction of 37 single-story housing projects in the district's center. The tender announcement was published in the Thursday edition of the Balkan newspaper.
Interested parties can obtain the necessary documents from Turkmenbashi District Municipality's Coordination Department of Industry, Construction, Transport, Communications, and Public Works.
Moreover, according to the tender announcement in the Balkan newspaper, citizens who want to build 32 2-story, 1-apartment, 5-room houses on the basis of long-term bank loans in the northeastern residential complex of Gyzylarbat town are invited to Gyzylarbat district municipality.
