State Concern Turkmengaz has significantly increased the production of basic products of natural gas processing in January-October this year. Basically, they are produced at modern enterprises of the concern that have been commissioned over the past few years, which indicates their systematic achieving full capacity.
Thus, the gasoline production rate of Turkmengaz increased 3 times compared with January-October 2019, including through fulfilling the potential of the world’s first natural gas into gasoline processing plant, which opened last year in the Akhal Region.
Production of polyethylene and polypropylene has increased by 142.2% and 122.7%, respectively. The production of these highly demanded processed products with high added value in Turkmenistan is expanded, inter alia, by means of the ultra-modern polymer plant in Kiyanly (Balkan Region).
Along with this, for 10 months of this year, the Turkmengaz SC has ramped up the production of liquefied hydrocarbon gases by 17.4%, as well as sulfur by 0.3%, which are additional products, at the plant for the production of gasoline from natural gas in Akhal.
