Turkmenistan and Pakistan Strengthen Economic Cooperation at TurkmenTextile Expo 2026

Turkmenistan and Pakistan boosted their economic cooperation at the International Exhibition and Fair TurkmenTextile Expo 2026, the Embassy of Pakistan in Turkmenistan reported on Tuesday.

As part of the event, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Turkmenistan,Dr.Faryal Leghari, and Mian Muhammad Mansha, Chairman of MCB Bank and Head of Nishat Group, held a series of productive meetings with senior Turkmen officials, discussing prospects for the development of textile trade, investment, the banking sector, data centers, and transport and logistics infrastructure.

One of the honored international participants of the exhibition was the Pakistani industrial group Nishat Group. The company presented its own pavilion, showcasing modern textile solutions, production capabilities, and innovative approaches in sustainable manufacturing. During the exhibition, company representatives held numerous B2B and B2G meetings, discussing new partnership opportunities and the introduction of advanced technologies in the regional market.

TurkmenTextile Expo 2026 continues to strengthen its status as an international platform for knowledge exchange, business networking, and the promotion of the textile industry in Central Asia.
