In October 2022, 7 batches of potatoes with a total weight of 140 tons were delivered to Turkmenistan, reported on the official website of the Rosselkhoznadzor.
The export of potatoes was carried out under the control of the relevant officials of the Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor for the Oryol and Kursk regions.
The report says that all products met the established requirements of the Turkmen side. The phytosanitary state of potatoes is confirmed by special certificates.
It is worth noting that Turkmenistan for the first time purchased potatoes from the Oryol region.
Earlier, about 13 thousand hectares were allocated for this crop in the Mary velayat, as well as 8800 hectares in the Dashoguz velayat.
