Turkmenistan's Del Produces Around 180 Tons of Plastic Bags Monthly

Del Economic Society’s plant in the city of Turkmenbashi in Turkmenistan’s western velayat of Balkan produces around 180 tons of plastic bags per month.

The company purchases the raw materials for production from the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries, the country’s Rysgal newspaper reported on Monday.

Del also produces PP polybags at its plant in Buzmeyin district of Ashgabat. Its capacity is 120 tons of products per month. The enterprise is equipped with modern machinery from Turkey.

The width of company’s polybags is from 10 to 100 centimeters, the thickness is from 0.01 to 0.07 millimeters. The products are mainly used for the packaging of finished garments in the textile industry.

Established in 2020, Del ES is currently exporting its products to Turkey.
