Turkmenistan’s Lebap Province Exports Yarn Worth Over 91.5 Million Manats

Textile factories of Turkmenistan’s eastern province of Lebap in 2022 exported cotton yarn worth more than 91.56 million manats.

Turkmenabat cotton mill produced yarn worth 49.49 million manats over the past year. The total amount of exports amounted to more than 20.72 million manats, the country’s official media reported on Thursday.

The cotton mill named after the Great Saparmyrat Turkmenbashi of the Halach district of the province for the same period produced cotton yarn worth more than 60.57 million manats. The total amount of exports exceeded 26.45 million manats.

According to the report, the Seydi cotton mill’s cotton yarn exports exceeded 45.43 million manats.

In addition, in 2022, entrepreneurs of Lebap province exported industrial goods worth $11.19 million.
