Turkmenistan took part in the General Assembly Prix Italia 2023

This year, 13 new countries took part in the meeting of the General Assembly Prix Italia 2023, among which was Turkmenistan, in particular the delegation led by the Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography A. Let us remind you that the Turkmen delegation took part in the Prix Italia-2023 festival, held in the Italian city of Bari and dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the RAI TV channel.

As part of the festival, bilateral meetings were held with the leadership of European television companies and Turkmenistan.

Turkmen representatives also took part in the closing ceremony of the festival, at the end of which, according to tradition, awards were presented.

Prix Italia is one of the oldest and most prestigious international festivals in the fields of radio, television and the Internet.The festival awards prizes in four main areas: drama, documentaries, television and radio.

Only Prix members can participate in the competition program, and 90 public and private radio and television companies from 40 countries on 5 continents have permanent membership.In fact, delegates from member organizations meet twice a year at the General Assembly to make strategic decisions and elect a president, the source noted.
