Oil and gas state concerns of Turkmenistan will hold an International Forum on attracting foreign investment in the country's energy sector in the capital of France on April 24-25, 2024, according to the website of the event organizers.
The forum aims to expand opportunities for attracting direct investment from abroad in various sectors of the energy industry of Turkmenistan and strengthen regional dialogue on the further sustainable development of this area.
During the event, prospects for cooperation related to the extraction, transportation and processing of oil and gas will be discussed. It will be attended by leading national and international energy companies, as well as experts who determine the future of the oil and gas industry not only in Turkmenistan, but also in the region as a whole.
It is expected that the forum will be attended by Deputy Prime Minister of Turkmenistan for Fuel and Energy Complex Batyr Amanov, Chairman of the State Concern Turkmengas Maksat Babayev, Head of the State Concern Turkmennebit Guvanch Agajanov, Chairman of the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan Rahymberdy Jepbarov and others.
