“Yandex” became the owner of the Delivery Club food and grocery delivery service.As follows from the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, share of the “Yandex” in “Delivery Club” LLC is now 99,95%, the remaining 0,05% belongs to subsidiary of the “Yandex” - “GIS Technologies” LLC, which develops software and cartographic activities, reports RIA Novosti.
Let us remind that in August, the Internet holding VK and “Yandex” signed documents on a deal under which VK becomes the owner of the “Zen” and “News” content platforms and transfers the Delivery Club delivery service to “Yandex”. The deal was scheduled to close by the end of 2022.
