Ýumak Indiviudal Entity, which observes its five-year anniversary, steadily increases the livestock production.The farm, which is located in Serakhs etrap, Ahal Velayat, send more than 1,677 tons of milk and around 50 tons of meat for processing.
Five years ago, agricultural entrepreneurs have built livestock farming complex and started development abandoned land, which was leased to them.Throughout these years, the livestock of the farm has increased more than three times.
Today, there are more than 1,000 cows, which are represented by high productive Holstein Friesian dairy cattle.The farmers receive more than 6 tons of high-fat milk per day from 650 cows from the dairy herd.
Deputy Director of Ýumak Jumamurad Hojaniyazov highlighted that the farm plans to increase daily milk production until 15 tons after one year.This opportunity became possible with improvement of forage base.
Agricultural works have been carried out on 600 hectares of land allocated to the farm, which allowed increasing land fertility.Today, corn, barley, triticale (hybrid of rye and wheat), soya and Lucerne are grown in the fields.
According to specialists of Ýumak, high yields of agricultural crops in the fields are the main factor supporting the health of the flock as well as its productivity.
