The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing ministries, departments and Ashgabat Khyakimlik to sign the contracts with the local construction enterprises for the design and construction of modern buildings and facilities with the improvement of the adjacent territories, as well as laying and modernizing the highways along the Magtymguly Avenue between the Taslama and Tegeranskaya streets in Ashgabat.
In accordance with the document, the construction works are to be started in March, 2018 and the buildings and facilities are to be put into operation in September, 2020.
