December 10, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held video conference working session where situation in construction sphere and industrial complex has been reviewed and perspective plans of further development of this sector have been outlined. Some Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads of relative ministries and departments have taken part in the session.
In the beginning of the session, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers G. Mushikov has reported on the measures for supporting stable rates of growth of the ministries and departments of construction and industrial sector and successful solution of set objectives.
Further, Minister of Energy Ch. Purchekov has reported to the Leader of the Nation Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the situation in his organization and structures under his supervision, fulfilment of assignments of the President of Turkmenistan for uninterrupted provision of the population and industry with electricity and expansion of supply routes of Turkmen energy to foreign countries.
The construction of wind and solar power station with output capacity of 10 MW is carried out according to the Concept of development of the region of Altyn Asyr Turkmen Lake in 2019 2025 and the Action Plan of the Concept Implementation,
Further, the floor was given to Minister of Construction and Architecture R. Gandymov who reported on the situation in the structure under his supervision, rates of construction of various facilities in Ashgabat and regions.
Further, Chairman of the Türkmenhimiýa State Concern N. Niyazliyev, who reported on fulfilment of objectives for further development of chemical industry, has been invited to the session.
Major maintenance of mines with iodine and bromine waters has been carried out in Balkan Region according to the Program of the President of Turkmenistan on social and economic development of the country in 2019 2025. At the same time, the measures are undertaken for increment of the ore at Garlyk Potassium Ore and Mining Complex.
The Türkmenhimiýa Concern has built and put into operation new big production facilities, which make import substitutive and export oriented goods.
Further, Minister of Industry and Construction Production S. Berdimuhamedov has reported on integrated work for increment of the list of industrial production and provision of high quality of the production.
Owing to established capabilities, the Ministry takes specific measures for uninterrupted provision of construction sites with own production as well as for systematic procurement of new equipment and vehicles.
At the same time, the information about work conducted by Aýdyň gijeler Business Entity on development of local electronic industry and production of import substitutive goods has been presented.
Further, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Sh. Durdliliyev has reported on practical measures for successful implementation of urban development program, acceleration of rates of construction of new cities and villages, social and cultural facilities using advanced technologies.
Having focused on the utmost objectives given to the complex, the Head of Turkmenistan requested the Vice-premier to develop new program for the next year based on results of analysis of the situation in the industry.
Further, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has addressed to all participants of the working video conference session, having focused on perspective plans of work.
The Leader of the Nation has highlighted the importance of permanent control of quality of works during construction of facilities. The Head of the State has also requested to use production complexes to full design capacity, to modernize production lines of the complexes.
Taking into account the situation in the world economy, it is necessary to increase the list and volumes of production of import substitutive goods, Leader of Nation Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov continued, having highlighted the importance of search for new markets and methods of sale of local production.
According to the Head of Turkmenistan, the provision of energy and chemical industry with qualified personnel is one of the main objectives.
The President of Turkmenistan has ordered Vice-premier G. Mushikov and Chairman of the Central Bank M. Annadurdiyev to hold under strict control successful fulfilment of profile programs and improvement of activity of the structures under their supervision, active application of advanced practice and innovative technologies.
