President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held video conference session of the Cabinet of Ministers where current subjects of the state development have been discussed.First, the floor was given to Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers G.
Mushikov who reported on the situation in the sphere under his supervision, fulfilment of assignments given by the Head of Turkmenistan for development of industrial sector and increment of volumes of competitive export production.

Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that at modern stage, great importance is given to realization of strategic course, which is aimed at industrial and innovative model of development.
At the same time, large-scale programme of construction and modernization of facilities making wide variety of export production is implemented for improvement of economic power.Successful fulfilment of plans in this direction is to support further steadfast prosperity of Turkmenistan, provision of favourable life of people, the head of the State noted, having requested the Vice-premier to take measures for improvement of efficiency of work.
Chairman of the State Customs Service M.Hudaykuliyev, who reported on work, fulfilment of assignments for improvement of activity of his organization, was called to the video conference session.
Summing up the report and addressing the Vice-premier and Head of the Customs Service, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted importance of solution of the key subjects related to economic, trade and production relations between the countries as well as partnership in service, technological and quality standards spheres.
In this context, it was ordered to carry out works related to modernization of work together with relative structures.Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers M.Meredov reported on works taken for further dynamic development of oil and gas complex, promotion of big investment projects aimed at expansion of production potential and diversification of industry, increment of production of petrochemical production.
It was also reported about work for preparation to the exhibition and conference “Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan 2020”, which is planned to be held in Ashgabat on October 28 30 this year.
Summing up the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted importance of the programmes of development of fuel and energy complex, which are aimed at strengthening of its industrial and export potential, modernization of profile infrastructure based on implementation of innovative technologies and advanced developments.
Support of high growth rates of oil and gas industry as well as investment activity, increment of own production are the main objectives, the Head of the State said.
In this context, the emphasis was made on the necessity of strengthening of beneficial partnership with the leading foreign companies that have advanced practice and innovative technologies, which allow increasing efficiency of development of oil and gas field.
Important role is given to specialized profile forum held in the country, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov continued, having ordered the Vice-premier to organize exhibition and conference “Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan 2020”, which are to demonstrate versatile potential and perspective directions of further development of national fuel and energy complex, on high level.
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Secretary of the State Security Council Ch.Amanov reported on the situation in the structures under his supervision, integraed measures for successful solution of objectives outlined in the Military doctrine.
Having listened to the report, the Head of Turkmenistan focused on priority objectives of military and law enforcement agencies.It is necessary to provide coordinated work of relative structures, which protects interests of the state and people, for successful realization of large-scale reforms in these spheres.
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Sh.Durdiliyev reported on works of structures under his supervision as well as presented the Draft Resolution on construction of complex of buildings of the Academy of the Government Service under the President of Turkmenistan.
The Vice-premier informed that according to the request of Turkmen leader, the Minisry of Construction and Architecture have had international tender for construction of the building of the Academy on Gyorogly Avenue.
Proposal of Baýly Gurluşyk Individual Entity has been selected by the results of the tender.Having listened to the report, the Head of the State focused on necessity to hold realization of urban construction programme, building of numerous industrial, social and cultural facilities in cities and villages of the country under control.
It is also necessary to take measures for stimulation of investment activity in this sphere, the President ordered.Having signed and sent the Resolution on construction of complex of buildings of the Academy of the Government Service by electronic document management system, the President of Turkmenistan addressed the Vice-premier with specific assignments.
Continuing the session, the Head of the State noted that big financial resources are invested to construction industry, however, the quality of facilities and completion time do not meet modern requirements.
Provision of construction sites of the country with eco-friendly quality construction material is not provided on proper level, the President said, having highlighted importance of improvement and increment of rates of works in this direction.
Special attention is paid to development of industrial sphere in economic policy.Having expressed discontent with solution of these objective, Turkmen leader stated that proper measures for processing of local raw material, implementation of digital technologies and scientific achievements are not taken.
Having focused on the situation in the State Concern Türkmenhimiýa, the Head of Turkmenistan expressed discontent with work of the head of this industry.Majority of chemical plants does not work at full designed capacity, the President highlighted, having pointed out importance of relative measures for organization of activity of profile industrial complexes according to modern requirements.
It is necessary to improve production potential of existing facilities of chemical industry by implementation of innovative technologies, the Head of the State noted, having ordered to pay special attention to increment of volumes of chemical production, which is oriented for export.
Opening of new working places and provision of optimal conditions for personnel are important objectives, the President highlighted, having addressed specific assignments to the Vice-premier.The President of the country has called Minister of Energy Ch.
Purchekov who reported on improvement of equipment and facility base of the branch under his supervision, provision of stable supplies of electricity to local consumers and increment of its export as well as on construction of Turkmenistan Afghanistan Pakistan power line.
Summing up the report, the President highlighted giant energy and economic potential of Turkmenistan, which pursues the policy of wide international cooperation, improvement of reliability of electrical provision in the country is one of the utmost objectives of national energy sphere.
The Head of the State noted that this sector has important role in realization of national programmes of industrialization, diversification and increment of export capabilities of national economy.In this regard, the Head of the State focused on importance of increment of volumes of supply of Turkmen electricity to foreign countries, having given relative assignments on this account.
Certain assignments have been given on acceleration of rates of construction of high-voltage power line Turkmenistan Afghanistan Pakistan.Ministers of Construction and Architecture R.Gandymov reported on the situation in the organization under his supervision.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedo expressed discontent with organization of expertise of architectural projects, systematic assessment of all stages of construction.Quality of facilities under construction is very important in the conditions of large-scale living, cultural and industrial construction.
Further, Minister of Interior M.Chakiyev reported on work of the structures under his command and practical measures for further improvement of activity of this organization and implementation of advanced technologies.
Having noted importance of coordinated activities of all divisions of the Ministry of Interior, the Head of the State highlighted support of public order and provision of compliance with law among the utmost objectives.

It is proposed that it will be held in seven nominations health protection, science and education, industry, transport and communication, service sphere, medium and small business and smart city.

Gylyjov reported on preparation of events on occasion of coming 12th anniversary of establishment of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.It was informed that exhibition with participation of more than 200 members of the UIET engaged in different activities would be held in exposition centre of the Trade and Industry Chamber on March 17 18.
Large-scale exposition will demonstrate achievements of private sector of the economy, spectrum of services and quality production of entrepreneurs, which is on high demand in local and foreign markets.
The exhibition will also present input of local entrepreneurs to solution of the main objectives given by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov the development of digital economy and introduction of high technologies into production.

Draft Resolution on Approval of composition of Intergovernmental Turkmen Azerbaijani Commission for economic cooperation from Turkmen side has also been presented to the Head of the State for review daring the report.
Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov ordered to provide high level of event timed to the 12th anniversary of establishment of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
Having appointed Ch.Gylyjov as the Chairman of the Intergovernmental Turkmen Azerbaijani Commission for economic cooperation, the Head of the State noted that nations of two countries are united by strong ties of friendship and goodwill, common history, rich cultural and spiritual values through the ages.
At present time, Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan have huge resources, economic, transport and communication potential, which practical implementation meets not only national interests of two countries but also the goals of regional and global sustainable development, the Head of the State noted, having focused on important role given to the Intergovernmental Turkmen Azerbaijani Commission for economic cooperation.
Having signed presented Draft Resolution and sent it by electronic document management system, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov ordered the Vice-premier to organize proper work of the Commission, which is to give new actual impulse to traditional interstate cooperation of friendly Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan.
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B.Abdiyeva reported on work for improvement of activity of organizations under her supervision taking into account implementation of digital technologies.
The report on arrangement of distant virtual tours around museums of the country, which is innovative method for wide popularization of national cultural heritage, organizational issues related to realization of this project has been presented.
The Vice-premier has also reported on introduction of the system of internal electronic network between organization of the Ministry of Culture.Realization of the project will significantly accelerate process of informational, documentation and news exchange and in general, will improve work in this direction.
It was informed that necessary technical works are planned to be organized together with Türkmenaragatnaşyk Agency.Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov pointed out the necessity of activation of digitization process in this sphere as well as wide involvement of capabilities of advanced technologies in formation of informational space in cultural sphere including accessibility to libraries and museums.

The President ordered the Vice-premier and Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B.Ovezov to have a meeting according to the Resolution on transfer of the economy of the country to digital system.
Separate orders were given on transfer of publishing production, news and magazines to electronic format.In this regard, the President of the country ordered to prepare relative documents and to present it for review at the next session of the Cabinet of Ministers.
After, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers P.Agamyradov and Minister of Health Protection and Medical Industry N.Amannepesov were called to video conference session.The Vice-premier reported to the Head of the State on the situation in the spheres under his supervision and the Ministers about work for modernization of equipment and facility base of International medical centres.
Reporting on assignments given earlier by President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on procurement of high technology equipment for International Diagnostic Centre, International Centre of Internal Diseases as well as International Centre Ene Myahry of the Direction of International Centres of the Ministry of Health Protection and Medical Industry, the Minister reported that international tenders have been announced and exercised in set order.
By the results of the tenders, it is planned to buy necessary equipment and medical appliances from famous foreign companies from the targeted funds of the Ministry of Health Protection and Medical Industry in the Central Bank.
Health protection of people is a comprehensive system including number of factors, especially effective work of super modern medical centres, which use innovative methods of treatment and are provided with latest equipment, the Head of the Stat noted.

After, the Minister noted the importance of such plant as wild rue (yuzarlyk) for human health.As is known this plant, which was remedy from many diseases for many years, is widely used not only in national but also in modern medicine.
The first volume of the book of the Head of the State “Medicinal Plants of Turkmenistan” describes how to make and use potions of wild rue.Our ancestors kept it in houses in bunches.
Sometime people fume the houses with this plant.Therefore, they made prevention of infectious diseases.It is proven that smell of wild rue kills bacteria.It also scares off insects due to alkaloids contained in leaves and seeds of the plant.
The book of the President of Turkmenistan also provides information about red chilli, which is used as medicinal plant in our country for a long time.It is mentioned in the book of the Head of the State that pepper is widely used for treatment of many diseases including flu and coughing and as a component for making of medicine.
This plant is also used in scientific medicine.This work of the Head of the State also speaks of benefit of traditional Turkmen dish noodles with pepper and proven efficiency for prevention and treatment of cold.
Throughout the years, our ancestors have formed up national methods of prevention of bad habits and prevention of various infectious diseases, the Head of the State highlighted, having stated with delight that at present time, burning and fuming of houses with this sacred plant is continued.
Our wise ancestors have firmly introduced tradition of fuming with wild rue during important events like moving to new house, bringing of bride to home and other.It is scientifically proven that smoke of burnt yuzarlyk prevents number of infectious diseases, which periodically appear in certain time of the year and strengthen immune system of human.
Therefore, the emblem of health protection of Turkmenistan has image of this unique plant, which is widely applied in Turkmen traditional and scientific medicine for prevention of many diseases.
Old practice has confirmed that smoke of wild rue is effective against different invisible viruses, which enters human body.In this context, the President has focused on special important of national tradition of fuming with yuzarlyk in conditions of the current complicated situation in the modern world.
Having noted relevance of these activities on systematic basis, the Head of the State addressed Vice-premier P.Agamyradov and Minister of Health Protection and Medical Industry N.
Amannepesov with number of specific assignments for organization of educational work among the population.Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Foreign Minister R.Meredov reported on the outcomes of official visit of the Government delegation of Turkmenistan chaired by the President of the country to the Republic of Azerbaijan.
