President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held regular video conference session with the participation of the hyakims of the velayats and Ashgabat as well as number of leaders of law enforcement structures.
During the session, priority objectives of social and economic development of the country including those related to the realization of National reformation programme, measures for preparation of the celebration of coming remarkable dates, draft of some documents and other important issues of the state life were reviewed.
Switching to the agenda, the President of Turkmenistan called Hyakim of Ashgabat Sh.Durdyliyev first.Reporting on the works, facilities under construction, urban planning and fulfilment of the programme for greening of the capital and improvement of social sphere, the Hyakim also informed on preparation to New Year celebrations.
Besides, the Head of capital administration reported on number of the projects of the facilities planned to be built in Ashgabat.Focusing the attention on the facilities that would be built under the next phase of capital development, the President highlighted the necessity of making of all conditions for productive work and proper recreation.
The main city of the country has to be exemplary by all indicators.The Head of the State requested the Hyakim to hold under permanent control the issues of greening Ashgabat and further improvement of its ecological condition.
Turkmen leader ordered to elaborate in details new projects feasibility study.In this regard, the Head of the State requested to exercise international tenders for the project design and construction.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also gave assignments to the Hyakim of Ashgabat on provision of high level of New Year celebration events.After, the reports of the heads of the velayats were presented.
The Head of regional administration informed the Head of the State on the course of seasonal and greening works, measures for successful fulfilment of National programme of transformation of the regions including on the construction of the facilities planned to be built under the realization of this programme.
It was mentioned that at present, the works for preventative maintenance of agricultural equipment are expanded all around the country.The hyakims also reported on the measures for organization of coordinated work of heating systems.
Information on the programme of cultural mass events on occasion of coming holidays was given in the reports.Having pointed at special importance of the development of agricultural complex to the heads of regional administrations, the President of Turkmenistan requested to approach with full accountability to the provision of high quality of agro technical activity in the fields.
The Head of the State mentioned the necessity of proper maintenance of hydro technical facilities, having highlighted the importance of timely irrigation and fertilization of the fields.President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov instructed to pay special attention to preparation of agricultural equipment to new season.
The Head of the State requested to provide proper level of operation of heating, electricity and natural gas supply systems as well as focused the attention on the importance of control of the quality of constructions and timely commissioning of new facilities.
The President also requested the hyakims to hold under strict control proper preparation of New Year celebration.The attention of the Hyakim of Dashoguz Velayat was brought to the necessity of increasing the rates of tree planting in Botendag and permanent care of the plantation for improvement of ecological condition in the region.
In this regard, Turkmen leader stated the great role of our country in solution of ecological issues including in the elaboration of the UN Special Programme for Saving of Aral Sea and Turkmenistan chairing on rotation system in International Fund for Saving of Aral Sea in 2017 2019.
The President of Turkmenistan addressed his discontent to the Head of Lebap for loosening of the control of organization of works, having demanded to take the measures for correction of the shortcomings as soon as possible.
During the session, the Head of the State signed the Resolutions on release of B.Kadyrov from the post of the Hyakim of Galkynysh etrap, Lebap Velayat, on release of I.
Ishankuliyev from the post of the Hyakim of Serdarabat etrap, Lebap Velayat and on release of M.Chariyev from the post of the Hyakim of Dovletly etrap, Lebap Velayat for serious shortcomings in work.
After, having called the leaders of the State Migration Service by direct video call, the Head of the State reviewed organizational issues and signed the Resolutions on release of Colonel M.
Nobatov from the post of the Chairman of this Service due to transfer to another work and on the appointment of Major M.Gurdov, previously working as the Deputy Chairman of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan, to this post.
Having expressed sincere gratitude for the trust, newly appointed head of the service assured the President of Turkmenistan that he would put all efforts for successful fulfilment of important and responsible tasks.
Completing the session, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wished all the participants great success in work for steadfast social and economic development of the country.
