First issue of Turkmen Astrakhan news bulletin Hazar, which is made under the support of the Consulate of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation (Astrakhan) and the Government of Astrakhan region, has been published.
The main priorities of interstate cooperation in Caspian Sea are reflected on the pages of the issue, including in the context of realization of the initiative of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the First Caspian Economic Forum (FCAF) in Avaza National tourist zone on August 11 12, 2019.
It is remarkable that delegation of Astrakhan Region led by Acting Governor of the region Igor Babushkin intends to take part in the I Caspian Economic Forum, which plans to be resulted in signing of relative bilateral documents.
In addition, the first session of Turkmen Astrakhan Council for Entrepreneurship, which was founded at the 11th session of Intergovernmental Turkmen Russian Commission for economic cooperation, will be held in Turkmenbashy on August 11, 2019.
In addition, Turkmenistan and Astrakhan Region, Russian Federation continue developing traditional goodwill and humanitarian relations.Participation of school students from Astrakhan in the second Children Cultural and Sport Festival of Caspian countries in Avaza National tourist zone as well as joint Turkmen Russian concert dedicated to the 295th anniversary of outstanding Turkmen poet and thinker Magtumguly Fragi in June this year are bright evidence of this.
Speaking back of the First Caspian Economic Forum, it is worth mentioning that high interest of our foreign partners in this remarkable event indicates actual role, which was given to the forum, in stimulation and expansion of constructive international cooperation that meets the goals of common wealth.
Its international platform is very important for further development of multidimensional cooperation between coastal states and all interested parties.Regarding the agenda of the Forum, it covers broad range of subjects of the main directions of interstate partnership in the context of the Convention on legal Status of Caspian Sea.
It is expected that discussions about the role of the economy of Caspian region in global scale, about increment of investments to industry, energy, trade, tourism and other branches will be held under the Forum.
It will open new capabilities for establishment of beneficial business contacts taking into account near and long-term perspective.Undoubtedly, coming Forum will also support to the exchange of the views on practical implementation of interstate agreements on cooperation in trade and economic sphere, transport section, which have been signed by the outcomes of the V Summit of the Heads of Caspian States.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlights that Caspian basin is very important strategic region that has significant resource, including energy, transit and transport potential.it provides special importance of development of coordinated partnership, which is based on common legal standards, mutual respect and optimum balance of interests of all participants.
As is known, our country is the place of regular meetings and conferences dedicated to Caspian Sea.The Head of the State notes that neutral Turkmenistan will always hold an active position in solution of objectives for provision of peace, security and stability in the region, making considerable input to strengthening of friendship, goodwill and fruitful cooperation between coastal states and their nations.
Transport sphere is an integral connecting link in construction of efficient cooperation.It is directly supported by advantageous geographic location of Caspian states between Europe and Asia, which makes favourable future for successful consolidation of efforts in formation of ramified transit, transport and logistic infrastructure providing the optimization of cargo flows in the East West and North South directions.
In this aspect, opening of Turkmenbashy International Port, which has strategic importance for Central Asia and Caspian region, is very significant event.Maximum use of the capabilities of the port takes Caspian states to new level of cooperation supporting their integration to international economic relations, enhancement of the role of Turkmenistan in the system of continental multimodal routes.
All of these provides rich programme of the Forum, which fields will host bilateral and multilateral meetings, talks between representatives of the states and business circles.In addition, the Forum will include International Conference as well as Caspian Exhibition of Innovative Technologies, which will present the ideas, advanced solutions in oil and gas, energy and chemical industries, production equipment, various industrial production and potential of foreign companies along with the displays the participating countries.
In addition, International Exhibition of the World Achievements of Automobile Industry Türkmen sährasy 2019 will be held under the Forum.Its expositions will present new light, passenger, cargo vehicles and specialized equipment, innovative developments in car manufacturing, latest studies in auto, audio and video electronics.
Large-scale review will provide necessary conditions for the participants for business communication and establishment of productive business contacts.
