The 45th General Assembly of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) is being held in Kuwait City on May 1112, 2025, with a high level of organization.The assembly is attended by the current President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), Thomas Bach, the newly elected IOC President, Kirsty Coventry, IOC officials, chairs of the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC), presidents of Asian sports federations, as well as the Secretary General of the National Olympic Committee of Turkmenistan, Mr.
A.Akmämmedov, and delegates from the 45 National Olympic Committees of Asia.In their speeches, OCA Vice President Timothy Fok and Director General Husain Al-Musallam emphasized the development of the Olympic Movement in Asia and the importance of the organization’s efforts to enhance the level of sports, support youth development, promote gender equality, and ensure governance stability.
